Farouk Khailann, an African entrepreneur deeply committed to fostering economic growth across the continent, is the founder of Premium Africa Holdings.
Premium Africa Holdings operates as an investment holding company centered on Africa, with assets and ventures spanning Ghana, Liberia, Uganda, Kenya, Gambia, and Sierra Leone. The company’s operations encompass construction, ICT, mining, agribusiness, fintech, real estate, energy, and investment consultancy.
In March 2018, he solidified his presence in Dubai, emerging as one of the most sought-after consultants by various individuals and organizations in the Middle East. He actively facilitates trade and investment between the Middle East and Africa.
In 2019, Farouk Khailann assumed the role of Managing Partner to American music superstar Akon for his Akon Lighting Africa project, leading the organization’s renewable energy endeavors in the Middle East and Africa.
Furthermore, Farouk Khailann serves as a Venture Partner at Erez Capital, a venture capital firm pioneering the AI and machine learning revolution. Erez Capital, with a remarkable combined fund size experience of venture partners (Assets Under Management +$80 Billion, Mergers & Acquisitions +$50 Billion, and Current Assets Under Management +$20 Billion), is dedicated to driving innovation and advancing breakthrough technologies.
In addition to his roles, Farouk Khailann holds numerous international appointments. He serves as the Executive Vice Chairman of the Turkey Africa Trade and Investment Council, Senior Advisor to the UAE Royal Family at the Private Office of H.H Sheikh Ahmed Bin Faisal Al-Qassimi, Jury Member for Bill Clinton and Hult Prize Foundation’s $1M Students Startup Challenge (Hulr Prize), International Partner of the World Angel Business Investment Forum, Executive Committee Member of the Global Wealth Forum, Africa President of the Asia CEO Community, Deputy Board Chairman of the Advisory Board at the University of Embu’s Centre of Excellence in Kenya, and Vice Chairman of the Africa Institute of Small Scale Mining.
Farouk Khailann’s remarkable achievements have garnered significant recognition. He was honored as the African Business Leader of the Year at the 28th edition of the World HRD Awards in India on February 15, 2020. Additionally, he was listed among other young enterprising Ghanaian entrepreneurs as one of the Top 50 Young CEOs for 2020 and decorated as a Pan African Business Icon of the Year at the 2020 edition of the Ghana Youth Excellence Awards.
Moreover, Farouk Khailann received the Order of the Noble Hand of Honor from the Pan African Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Centre in September 2019, alongside the Vice President of the Republic of Liberia and other global leaders. He was also adjudged the best consultant for 2019 at the 40 under 40 awards, one of Ghana’s most competitive award schemes.

With a track record of successfully delivering energy projects across the United States and Africa, Brandon’s strategic insights and commitment to sustainability drive the mission of Dellu forward.
Beyond his accomplishments in the energy sector, Brandon is also a prolific film producer and director, collaborating closely with Grammy-winning musician and actor Akon. Together, they have produced impactful films such as “Streets of Atlanta,” “The Power of One,” and “Spin-It,” which seamlessly integrate Akon’s music and lyrics to convey powerful messages. Brandon’s creative vision and storytelling prowess add depth and resonance to Dellu’s mission of fostering connections and empowerment.
In addition to his contributions to film and energy, Brandon is recognized for his innovative work in the fashion industry. He has curated lighting designs for prestigious events such as the Red Carpet event of the 2016 Grammy Awards, showcasing his versatility and creativity across diverse domains.

Originating from the vibrant nation of Cameroon, Nelson Fotindong stands at the helm as the Chief Technical Officer of Dellu. Leveraging his extensive experience and profound knowledge as the CEO of one of the United States’ fastest-growing IT service companies, Nelson spearheads Dellu’s technological endeavors with unparalleled zeal and expertise.
With a remarkable career spanning over 15 years in the IT industry, Nelson holds a distinguished track record adorned with achievements and accolades. His proficiency is underlined by a rich tapestry of certifications, showcasing his mastery of technology and innovations.
At the heart of Nelson’s passion lies a commitment to providing unwavering support, ensuring robust network security, and delivering cutting-edge IT solutions. His visionary leadership extends beyond boardrooms, where he leads with empathy and compassion as a local Pastor of an African Community Fellowship in Oklahoma City.
